Programme Overview
In our Introduction to App Inventor Holiday Coding Camp, children discover mobile app development through fun, hands-on learning. Using block-based coding with MIT App Inventor, they will design and build a fully functional app for phones and tablets. They will learn to design user interfaces, add interactive elements, program app behaviour, and code, test, and improve their own apps through fun challenges. Along the way, they develop computational thinking, problem-solving, design thinking, and confidence in coding.

Our student developed a mobile app game using MIT App Inventor, where users are tasked with collecting gold coins to gain a point, and lose a point when hit by a stone.
